If you love to make salsa, we have all the fixins for some fresh salsa: slicing heirlooom tomatoes (zebra, German Johnson), Cherokee purple tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, banana peppers, poblanos, and bell peppers—we are hoping to have some red jalapeños in September! We have some eggplant, basil, and volunteer sunflowers remaining for U-Pick.

We have transitioned over to our fall crops and have plenty of WINTER SQUASH—sunshine, winter sunset, and blush—for cooking soups, stews, or just roasting in the oven.

We currently have PLANTED kale, chard, cabbage, purple hull peas, carrots, radishes, and lettuces, broccoli, and cauliflower going in this week (first week of September).
