Have you never picked up a pair of poi in your life? This is the class for you! In this 90-minute, absolute beginner class, you will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of poi spinning. We will explore planes and directions, as well as basic transitions between techniques. The skills you learn in this first class will be the foundation you need to build toward more complex techniques and combinations.
